  • Can I use Wayfocus for free?

    Yes! Wayfocus offers a generous free tier that includes basic timer functionality and project management. You can upgrade to Pro for advanced features.

  • Is my data private?

    Absolutely. Wayfocus is designed with privacy first. Your data is stored locally on your device. You can optionally sync your data via iCloud (available on Wayfocus Pro). We do not have access to your data.

  • Is Wayfocus available on Android?

    Currently, Wayfocus is only available on iOS. If you're interested in seeing this for Android, please let us know at support@pexelerate.com.

  • Does Wayfocus sync across devices?

    Yes, Wayfocus uses iCloud to sync your data across all your Apple devices, including iPhone, iPad, and Mac (coming soon).

  • What is Wayfocus Pro?

    Wayfocus Pro includes advanced features to supercharge your productivity, unlimited historical data, unlimited labels, unlimited projects, live activities, and iCloud sync.

  • Why do we charge for Wayfocus Pro?

    We are a small independent team dedicated to building the best focus tool. Charging for Pro allows us to sustain development, keep the app updated with latest iOS changes and newest features, and provide pro features without ads.

  • What happens if I don't renew my Pro subscription?

    If you don't renew, you'll lose access to Pro features like iCloud sync and live activities until your subscription expires. Your local data remains safe, and you can continue using the free features.

  • Is there a refund policy?

    Refunds are handled through Apple's App Store according to their policies. We do not process refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.

  • How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

    You can cancel your subscription through your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your billing period.
